BASSMINTMUSIC.TV™ is a technology driven online media content provider. BTV HD™ will be the premier online and mobile source for independent music media; videos, mp3s, ring tones and images.

BTV HD™ gives music media companies an opportunity to create branded music channels at low cost and deliver hi quality content utilizing state-of-the-art technology over broadband web, CDN and mobile. Btv™ gives the music company administrative access to the BTV HD™ online media management system or OMMS™ to:

  • Stream media across broadband web, 3G/4G mobile and HD networks. OMMS™ provides for live HD broadcasting (encoded and secured) to a proprietary streaming video player and HD DVD.
  • R&D underway to integrate 3G/4G mobile and wireless technology into OMMS
  • Convert one form of media to mulitple hi quality media formats (within minutes). Media must originate from the same media format family.
  • Upload multiple content 10 files/2GB.
  • Create a branded media channel.
  • Create programs (playlist).
  • Monitor Traffic Statistics.
  • Move media conveniently throughout back end.
  • Access to OMMS™ - 24/7/365.

    • TECHNOLOGY

  • BTV HD™ uses a proprietary online media management system (OMMS™) powered by Simplestream.us for back end content management.
  • The OMMS™ has built-in pre-roll and post-roll capability for advertisers. BTV HD™ can insert commercial advertiser media between programmed media and provide banner rotation.
  • OMMS™ will utilize the latest H.264 video codec technology to deliver high quality digital media over broadband web and 3G mobile bandwidths, and HD broadcasting and DVD.
  • OMMS™ contains proprietary modules that enhance its performance. One such module differentiates 4:3 aspect ratio and 16:9 aspect ratio tagged media, and will flag it and deliver the media over the desired network in the appropriate format.
  • Btv™ video service providers or our competitors (to the best of our knowledge and research) predominately use the 4:3 aspect ratio to deliver its media. The film industry uses 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • OMMS™ converts one media format, say a video format into multiple video formats simultaneously within minutes.
  • Supports extensions FLV, MOV, WMV, MPG, MP3, JPG, GIF.
  • We believe the OMMS™ increases the opportunity of locating the next multi-platinum music media seller at very low to no cost.
  • The OMMS is programmed in C#, .ASP and Microsoft .NET Technology
  • OMMS™ is secure, flexible and scalable over multiple server environaments.

    • Register

      Music media companies register and a branded channel is created. The registration process manages all agreements and sub-directory setup.

    • Upload Content

      Upload content to the system and create media programs or playlist for that channel. The BTV HD™ system accommodates several media programs per channel. Music media companies then select the advertisers it would like shown on its media programs from a commercial subscriber network module (CSN module). This module is built into the OMMS™.

    • Get Paid

      Once the branded media channel is created and media programs (playlists) are setup, the OMMS™ automatically inserts ADs within the media programs using the company's built-in pre-roll and post-roll AD feature. BTV HD™ and its partners secure the commercial advertisers for the CSN module.

      A music media company earns revenue from fees paid by commercial advertisers. BTV HD™ estimates music media companies can earn revenue generated from content monetization at a rate of €316.85 up to € 633.70 Euros PER DAY, PER PROGRAM (revenue will vary based on the cost per AD unit and number of ADs displayed per channel). BTV HD™ reserves the right to limit the number of programs per channel.

      BTV HD™ will air approximately 8 half second ADs or 16 quarter second ADs per hour (frequency will vary based on music media companies ad subscription selection). Or 4 - 8 minutes of advertising per 60 minutes ( up to 56 minutes of music media programming).

    December 12, 2009 - BTV HD in talks ith South Asia based programmers for BTV HD mobile integration. Will be compatible with approximately 0 3G/4G smartphones some time in 2010.
